very comfortable and effective.
I needed XL, one or two sizes larger than the sizing chart in order to get it on. I still need help to get it on and off.

5 of 5 Thank you January 11, 2022
Reviewer: Susan from Oakville, ON Canada
Due to covid and travelling restrictions my husband hasn't had a chance to try it out. I suggested the bathtub but it wasn't appreciated. Lake Ontario is the next great idea.
Thank you for the efficient service. With all the problems (fires and weather) you folks were having I didn't expect such a fast response. Thank you.
( We were raised in North Vancouver so we knew   all the areas the news kept mentioning and were so worried for you all.)

Stay safe and take care.
Susan

4 of 5 Versatile vest January 8, 2022

The vest has been used on its own and underneath a wetsuit for prone paddling and swimming. It is hard to put on because of the inside material but that is a small inconvenience only given that it stays in place and doesn't ride up.

5 of 5 Warm, stays put and doesn't restrict motion October 7, 2021

I love this vest. I wear it on its own, under my sleeveless shorty as well as under full wetsuit for colder water and I find it very comfortable. It doesn't ride up and, even if worn on its own, doesn't ride up or let water in. I saw many reviews of this vest saying it's very hard to take off - true, it's not easy to just pull it off like a t-shirt, however, if you take out one arm first, then the head and other arm, there's no problem at all.  I intentionally got a rather tight fit, still,  I find it very easy to take the vest off in this way.

4 of 5 Very warm November 22, 2020
Reviewer: John from Coquitlam, BC Canada
Provides an amazing amount of warmth for such a small item. Fits very nicely under my blueseventy thermal reaction, and has kept me warm enough to swim in waters at least 5C less that was my limit with the wetsuit alone.
One downside is the stitching isn't finished off very nicely on the side leading to sores on my side... should be able to fix this with a diy patch soon.
It is a little challenging to get on at first due to the 'sticky' side facing in, but ok once you get the hand of it (I put it over my head inside out first, then put arms through and pull down turning right side out as I go).
I also own the zone3 full sleeve underlayer... this one is soooo much better. Warmer and easier to use under a wetsuit.

this is a great base layer. I was worried it might not fit well under my wetsuit, but it's fantastic, and has the bonus of being more comfortable in the neckline than my speedo wetsuit. Really helps keep me warm in cold water.

Tough to get on
Easier if you wet the vest first and fold it up half way , put one arm in at time then your head

5 of 5 Just what I needed March 20, 2020
Reviewer: No quit at 62 from Lower Sackville, NS Canada
I already have a titanium 2mm full length bottom and was looking for top to go with it for paddleboarding plus a thin layer to go under my tri wetsuit in colder water. Fits very well and has good length in the waist. I am 5'6", 170 lbs with a 41 chest and 33" waist ... good thing I ordered the large because it is a snug fit and the medium would have been near impossible to get off. Just what I was looking for ...
