While we strive to ensure our products meet your expectations, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit.
Some of our items come in different sizes. We may make sizing suggestions via telephone, email based on the manufacturer sizing chart and customers' experience. In any case, Triboutique is unable to guarantee the fit of the products customers receive, and may not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact [email protected] within the first 30 days after receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization and refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return it to us.
Generally, only items that satisfy all of these criteria are eligible for a full store credit or refund:
- In their original packaging with original tags still attached.
- Unopened or Unused.
- In re-sellable condition.
Some products may carry a re-stocking fee.
Note that nutritional products are not returnable. However, we do guarantee that nutritional items purchased on our website will have an expiration date 2 months out or more at the time it is shipped, with the exception of clearance items, where the short expiration is specified on the invoice.
Example: A product with an expiration date of 07/2016 will not be shipped to customers after 31/05/2016.
