might be a fluke but very bad experience |

First time ordering from triboutique. I ordered -1 sleeveless wetsuit - 2 pairs of speedo briefs. I paid 40$ for expedite shipping (2-4 days) Took 2 weeks (had to use my full wetsuit for the event) and the 2 pairs of briefs ended with 1 brief and 1 jammer. The only way to contact them is by sending a message through website for them to call back. 2 days later, I get the call back, they were very polite and told me to keep the jammer for the inconvenience and sent another pair of briefs. About a week later, order came in, which was another pair of jammer. Now very frustrated, sent another message. Next day I get a call, explain the issue, sent a pic of what I got and they asked me to send all the jammers back to get a refund. I mentioned that the other lady told me to keep the pair of jammer for the issue but that lady refused and asked me to send them back to get my refund. At that point I gave up, never sent anything back and just accepted I won't get my other pair of briefs
