This product is something you don't use alot but it's precious.
Chose a day when you can really focus on your total.immersion style. Use it in a nice lake and just enjoy the clack and the little thump you feel as the ball bearing rolls in the chber. It's water tight, easy to put on and great to share. Easy clean etc.
If you are anything like me, your brain will do the "clack" by memory even when you don't have the belt on, as you gain awareness of a smooth sideways roll.
Well worth the purchase to gain efficiency ðŸ‘😊
