I should have known better. ONE size never fits everyone ... and I know I have big feet. I can use these aqua joggers but my foot feels like it is falling out of cuff. Not very secure feeling which is a problem when you are dragging your foot through the water as fast as you can. I am using them but I am not keen on how they feel. Furthermore they take 3-4 minutes to strap onto my feet at the beginning of each exercise session. The straps require too much precise motor skill when bobbing in the water.
