Suffering from a herniated disc ,I needed to get in the pool  and train my core With support. I am petite 5.1”,short waisted ,110lbs. I’m glad I did some research and found the right Auquajogger the first time, The key is the short wasted fit. I read it somewhere in one of the descriptions, I also called and double checked. I love this product. I enjoy aqua running (coupled with my waterproof ipod holder purchased elsewhere) and the workout time flies by. I'd recommed petite and.fit women purchase the Fit model, as even so, there is excess strap. The dvd is comically old.
