Neoprene Swim Cap August 25, 2020 Reviewer: Carole from Victoria, BC Canada   I purchased it this summer, and I'm waiting for the appropriate weather to try this on.  I like the under the chin strap w velcro, it should keep from moving much. I had to exchange size, and that was done very easily.  For adults with smaller heads, I suggest the "medium". The "small" would fit children well I presume. Was this review helpful to you?
