waterproof ears January 10, 2018 Reviewer: RINCE from NEW WESTMINSTER, BC Canada   Mack's earplugs are as good as any plugs I've used. I swim a lot (I've swum a lot) and I've tried just about all the different earplugs going, and in many cases they didn't go very well. Perfect for sleeping March 29, 2016 Reviewer: Clay from Vancouver, BC Canada   I am a very light sleeper and with a heavy training schedule I know how important my sleep is. I have been wearing these every night and I am not being disturbed by outside noise and sleeping though the night. Because they don't go into the ear canal I have noticed no irritation like I would get from foam earplugs. If there was a downside it would be how often they need to be replaced.
