I purchased the socks because I kept getting blisters on my toes with Finis Zoomers. They work and I no longer get blisters. However, after only 2-3 uses, one of the sock's stitching came loose and has a big hole.

Not what I expected.  They are not a full sock, but a half sock.  These swim socks cover the toes and balls of the feet only.  That said, they protect the portion of the feet covered fully and are ideal for fins that are strapped on.  If the fins are not strapped on, I would opt for a full sock alternative to protect the heel because I am prone to chaffing there.
