Cold water swimming May 26, 2026 Reviewer: Tom from Gunn, AB Canada   Solves my frozen head problem. Water temp 10 to 15C right now and head stays warm.  Chin strap wasn’t a bother when doing the crawl. Canada Post lost the first cap, tri boutique replaced it.  Great service. May 24, 2021 Reviewer: Ovidiu from WINDSOR, ON Canada   This cap offers a very good thermal protection for the part of the head it covers. However in my case  swimming in a water under 10 degrees C I felt that I needed protection for my neck and more of the face. So I bought a light neoprene scuba hood and put the Zone 3 cap over that. This way it worked good for me. Honestly I think you would need a thermal hood for swimming in extremely cold waters not just a cap. Was this review helpful to you?
