Hammer Nutrition's Perpetuem is the BEST product out there for nutrition for triathlon....used it for my half Ironman last year and been training with it for the full Ironman this year and has been great. Follow the weight recommendations as I tried to use less and did not perform as well.

I have used Hammer Perpetuem for almost 2 years now.  I raced Ironman Calgary 70.3 with it and am training for Ironman Canada with it now.  I have terrible GI issues and this is the ONLY product I use.  Hammer Nutrition is THE BEST and Triboutique.ca was amazing at getting me the product.
