Great service, poor execution |

I called at beginning of day on Monday to purchase a wetsuit for a race on the weekend (Sunday). The representative was really nice and helped me upgrade to express shipping so that it would arrive in time (expected delivery: Thursday). Unfortunately a series of delays ensued. They misplaced and could not locate the wetsuit in the warehouse. By Wednesday, they substituted it with another suit (a better model!), and I was happy to learn TriBoutique upgrading my shipping to overnight to get the replacement there in time. Unfortunately, they then neglected to get the shipment out to purolator promptly, which resulted in it not even being collected until Friday evening, for a Monday delivery. Raced missed. Despite a willingness to offer upgrades and substitutions -- and good communication, they really let me down in the end.
