The Forearm Fulcrum improves the efficiency of a swimmers stroke by holding the wrist, elbow and shoulder at the optimal swimming position. The unique design forces the swimmer to focus on their technique development as it locks the wrist and forearm in place. The Forearm Fulcrum can be used by swimmers of all levels.

  • The Forearm Fulcrum has two closed sections - one that fits around the forearm and a second the slips on the hand. While training with the device the swimmer will instantly begin learning the correct 'muscle memory' for each stroke.

The paddles are great!!! It does feel awkward to use at first, but you get use to it. It makes you more aware of your hands and the forearm. Not something to use a regular basis, but great tool to have for drills. Make sure you get the right size.
