These laces are the best on the market!  The design is great, there are no loose parts flapping around.  They do take some adjusting to get the fit just right, but once they do you don't need to touch them and the fit is consistent every time you wear your shoes.  A must for race day!

In general they are what they say but I think dependent on what shoe you are wearing there may be pressure points on top of the foot. It is hard to get them just right. Even though I tried to adjust them I still get some pressure points with them.  I have not raced with them, I put my laces back in for a half marathon but I will see how my half Iron goes with them.
