Improved for safety and comfort, the Long Belt Slider is StrechCordzs #1 in-water resistance product. Used for resisted swim out and speed-assisted swim back exercises.
Features
  • Yellow: Resistance from 5 - 14 lb ( 2.2 - 6.3 kg ). Novice swimmers.
  • Green: Resistance from 8 - 24 lb ( 3.6 - 10.8 kg ). Intermediate/Advanced swimmers.
  • Red: Resistance from 12-31 lb ( 5.4-14.1 ). Advanced/Expert swimmers.
  • Features a 2-in (5 cm) waist belt that fits up to 44-in (1.1 m) waist, padded for comfort and connected to 20 feet (6 m) of latex safety corded tubing. The sliding attachment moves freely around the belt for unrestricted movement. Used in either 25-yd or 25-m pools. Interchangeable.

Took swimming to a different level in a a small pool. Comfortable and easy to use.  Can swim for long periods of time and zone out instead of having to stop for a turn around so frequently.

Really excellent product. Long enough to suit many options for attachment. Comfortable on the waist. Not kicking the chord will take some getting used to but it's a great product for turning a small pool into an endless pool!

I recently bought swim training accessories and a few items for race day.  Sometimes it can be hard to find the specicialized products but not a Tri Boutique.  They carry a lot of great lines and the shipping was quick.  I had what i needed in no time.
