4 of 5 GU is great Monday, August 31, 2026

I've used these gels for a few years for running, swimming, and cycling. They're great. I don't love how sticky they are as that can be a bit of a pain if you don't want to stop to rinse your fingers, but the quick energy is noticeable and easy on the stomach. I'm going to continue using GU gels.
