I didn’t realize the container was going to be so huge lol.
I am new to these recovery drinks/mixes.
Since I already had caffeine in the above gels, I didn’t need the caffeine again in the recovery drink. So that was just way too much caffeine in one day for me.
Note to self When all the products you’re using contain caffeine, it does add up. The taste of the recovery drink wasn’t bad.
