I wore these at 12.5 degrees, and my feet were not cold. They are very stretchy and light, and I do not feel them much in water, but they add A LOT of warmth. They are a little short, and so they do not stay in place under the wetsuit - this can cause them to fill with water, especially if the fit is not really snug or if one has slim lower legs. For me this happens with all booties and gloves, and should not count as a problem as it is so easy to remedy with some elastic straps one can get from Amazon.
