The service provided was excellent. You went the extra step to try make sure I had the right fit.
My chest size put me at the top end of a fit and almost into the next size up. My weight did not put me into the next size up so I end up with a tight fit and extra pressure on the chest. This does not allow for relaxed breathing. Possibly a different style would have been a better fit.
Your software might be able to look at one's body metrics and suggest a different style to consider that is carried by Triboutique.
Overall, I am still pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

I just my first season in triathlon.  Bought a 2XU wetsuit after a call from TriBoutique to determine best fit ( yes, they called me to confirm).  10 swims in and 10 days before Ironman Calgary, my suit ripped  12 inches at the neck line.
I was annoyed, concerned and worried about how I was going to do the swim.  One more stressor for a first tri....  One email is all it took.  4 days later a brand new suit arrived in my mailbox.  
No return of old, no questioning how.  Just great customer service.
A big thank you to them for stepping up. I now have supplier for life.  No need to shop around.  Service beats saving $5 any day.  Next time i"m in Vancouver, I will stop by in person.

I was a little uneasy about taking a chance on wetsuit sizing when buying online, especially since the one I originally wanted was on backorder. Triathlon Boutique recommended a comparable brand at the same price point, suitable for my experience level (beginner!), based on my measurements and body type. Their sizing recommendation was spot on. Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast.
