SLIK worked great for reducing chafing between my skin and wetsuit during open water swims, especially around the neck area and the opening of the arms on my sleeveless wetsuit. However, I found that it didn't last as long on areas where I had lots of movement-based chafing, like the skin on my triceps. The spray is so easy to apply though and it left no residue on my wetsuit after washing, so I recommend it.
