I made a rookie mistake with my first wetsuit by yanking it from the outside to adjust the fit on my leg, while I was outside in the scorching sun. It ripped immediately in multiple places. I used the seal cement to repair each of the tears and the product worked very well. My advice would be to: 1) use plastic gloves when applying the product onto your wetsuit - it can be challenging to scrub off skin once the seal dries; and 2) have multiple application brushes available (dollar store quality) since the enclosed brush becomes useless after one use.
My first wetsuit is back to its original functionality, with a few battle scars. I'll just tell people that I got bitten by sharks ;-)
