These paddles are a waste of money. The plastic matetial is too thin, they bend under force when pulling. And the elastic straps are not strong enough to keep the hand secure. Not recommended.

I used to have a pair of Strokemaker paddle back in college, I loved them and I still do. It's definitely a basic :)
