The Stealth Pocket 400 Carbon is designed for for bikes with internal cable routing or internal hydration. Instead of the bags third strap securing around the steerer tube, all three straps wrap around the top tube. 10.5" (26.7cm) L x 2.3" (5.8cm) H x 1.5" (3.8cm) W approx.

I do like the Stealth stem bag a lot. I had read somewhere that it can twist or slide on the top tube if you hit a bump. However, this is not the case at all, and the three velcro straps hold it tight to the top tube. It can hold my spare co2 cartridge, multi-tool, and 3-4 gels, so it has a good amount of space. The quality of material is very good, and it looks good too.

Does not stay in place without strap around stem.
Priced too high for what you get.
