This tough bag, also know as the Tire Bag, can store a 700c x 22mm tubular, or a couple of tubes, and fits under the Xlab Carbon Wing, Super Wing, Carbon Sonic Wing, Sonic Wing.  Has long velcro straps.

I required a small bag to hold my bike repair items, fit under my saddle and give maximum clearance for my radar.  This bag is the perfect solution.

As a behind the seat bag, I could fit 2 tubes, leavers, a tool kit, 2-CO2 cartridges and my inflater in the bag.   When connected to the XLAB wing, I had to shuffle stuff about and remove one of the tubes.  Holds in tightly.  Haven't lost it on a bump yet.
