I have been doing water physio to recover from a total knee replacement and these have been perfect for adding extra resistance,  I have also used them to do toning exercises, a great addition to my water workouts .

This is my third pair of them over the past thirty years.  I love them versus the belt.  I did find that my new ones were not as tight so I shortened the Velcro straps and that worked.  I will buy again.

The cuffs that I purchased are an improvement over the old  style....But I am finding that the velcro does not stay fastened and I have them as tight as they will allow..... its as if there is not a long enough smooth sided velcro. Having to stop and refasten the closure during a work out is most annoying!
