The quality of the bag is good. The rope at the top, when closed, can be used to hang on a hook at the pool or in the changeroom. I shorted the length of the bag by laying it flat and folding about 1 foot back upon itself, then secured the fold in place using zip ties cut to required length.

I have ordered this item before its very well made and I carry all my toys in it such as a waist float belt, flippers, water weights and i have been using it for over a year.   Its so durable we use it in our pond
