I watched the Swim Kick Fix videos and its creator knows his stuff. Great help for physio issues and demonstrations of foam roller techniques were most helpful.

But, the rubber tube for the Swim Kick Fix is fragile. During my first use, the tube that’s supposed to keep my leg distance consistent broke when I kicked a little too far out. And I’m still developing my strength. This might work better with bungee cord material instead of theratube.
