Used for push-off and stationary swimming in small backyard or hotel pools. Training with the Short Belt enhances endurance and strength for all swimmers. Nylon Safety Cord throughout the length of the tube.

  • Silver: Resistance from 3 - 8 lb ( 1.3 - 3.6 kg ) Novice swimmers
  • Yellow: Resistance from 5 - 14 lb ( 2.2 - 6.3 kg ) Novice/Intermediate swimmers
  • Green: Resistance from 8 - 24 lb ( 3.6 - 10.8 kg ) Intermediate swimmers
  • Red: Resistance from 12 - 31 lb ( 5.4 - 14.1 kg ) Advanced swimmers
  • Blue: Resistance from 14 - 34 lb ( 6.3 - 15.4 kg ) Advanced/Expert swimmers
  • Black: Resistance from 20 - 45 lb ( 9.1 - 20.4 kg ) Expert swimmers
  • Includes 2-in (5 cm) waist belt and buckle attached to a 4-ft (1.2 m) length of heavy tubing. Waist belt fits up to a 44-in (1.1 m) waist. Not interchangeable.

Not a high tech product, this is just a bungee and a belt which does what it is supposed to. Seams are good, good quality, I can swim with it attached to the edge of the pool as advertised with no problem - very comfortable.
I can pull a kayak or canoe with people in it when swimming in a lake.

I used to be a competitive swimmer and with the closures of many pools during COVID, I missed swimming and was looking for a way to do that in my small backyard pool. This item works really well and gives me enough resistance that I do feel like I am getting a workout.
