Good wetsuit, poor customer service August 29, 2023 Reviewer: Mike from Grand Forks, BC Canada   I'm happy with the fit and finish of the orca wetsuit, it fits well, sizing guide accurate. A seam did fray after 5 lake swims. I emailed Orca (Spanish company) and they suggested I speak with the store I purchased it from. I have left a phone message and submitted an email inquiry for customer service with triboutique without any response for 7 days. I can't seem to speak with someone over the phone.  Disappointing customer support. Was this review helpful to you?

Great wetsuit, but has its quirks! July 21, 2023 Reviewer: Hayden from Midland, ON Canada   Overall this is a great wetsuit that does exactly as advertised- keeps you visible. I found the back of the suite did cause chafing on my neck which was easily fixed with some body glide. The Velcro holding the neck piece together also tears apart the inside of the suit if you take it off and don’t carefully place it back where it’s suppose to go. This happened a number of times to me while training. All this is very manageable. I wore this suite during an Ironman 70.3 and was more than happy with it. Was this review helpful to you?

Hi-Vis Wetsuit September 30, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Comox, BC Canada   Your careful attention to check that I'd ordered the appropriate size was appreciated. The suit is easy to get in and out of, and super comfortable.  It won't be warm enough to see me through Vancouver Island winter waters, but I suspect layering a shorty underneath will do the trick. My swim companions appreciate the high visibility of the suit as well! Was this review helpful to you?
