I use ISM saddles on all my bikes and they work as advertised to reduce numbness in my genitals.
I had the Berkeley saddle on my e-cruiser but when I increased my mileage I was developing a rash where my thigh meets my buttocks.
The Metro gives me the same comfort as the Berkeley but the geometry does not irritate that area.

Great product, needed it because I have a medical condition that makes biking on a regular saddle very uncomfortable. This saddle is the best, fast service!
