Delivery Policy

Currency & Delivery Scope
All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars. If your credit card is in any other currency, your credit card company may apply a conversion rate and additional fees that are outside of our control.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of an order confirmation, Triboutique.ca reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Credit Card Policy
All orders are reviewed by our credit department for accuracy and payment method validation. Triboutique.ca does not charge your credit card until the order is shipped. However, an authorization for the full amount of the transaction is processed at the time the order is placed. Should the order be cancelled for any reason, such authorization will expire and your credit card will not be charged. Orders over CAD $500 may require longer processing times while our fraud department takes the necessary steps required to validate the order. All orders may be subject to voice confirmation before they are processed. On your credit card statement, our transactions will be recorded under "TRIBOUTIQUE.CA".

Backordered items
If your ordered items are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. If some or all of your ordered items are out-of-stock, the entire order will not ship until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory in our warehouse.

Total Time For Delivery
The total time for delivery to Canadian destinations for in-stock items can range from 24 hours to 13 business days. This includes order processing, payment method validation, inventory handling and shipping transit time. Any claims for items shipped but not delivered must be received via email at [email protected] within 45 days of the date of the order.

Shipping Carrier
Although we try to accommodate special requests, we reserve the right to choose any major shipping carrier to ship your order, including but not limited to Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, etc. Our choice of service will always be equivalent service or higher (Example: Ground, Air, Next Day ...).

Shipping And Handling Rates
We use Canada Post Expedited ground service for most of our shipments. In case of a disruption with the Canada Post service, we may switch your shipment to another carrier to avoid delayed deliveries. Calculation of shipping charges occurs before your order is submitted and charged to your payment method as part of the total order amount. Rush & Express Orders

We are able to accommodate specific requests for some of our in-stock inventory (excludes aerosols and other dangerous goods) on a air shipment basis. Please contact us for a quote if Express options does not appear at checkout. For Xpresspost & Express orders, the cut-off time for same day shipping is Noon Pacific Time. Express Orders received after Noon Pacific Time may not ship until the following business day. Please contact us via email to confirm. Note that shipping estimates are provided for information purposes only and are not guaranteed. If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, we ask that you contact us via email to confirm the exact delivery date. We may switch your shipping method for an equivalent (similar number of business days to delivery) or a faster one. In this case, we may refund the difference and there would be no extra charge. Note that any subsequent shipments (warranty replacement, exchange et.) would be shipped Ground, unless a shipping upgrade is requested (additional charges would apply).

Oversized Shipping Items
If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, an oversized shipping charge may still apply for select items, that are unusually heavy or bulky.

Delivery Procedure
We require the signature of the person to whom the order is shipped. They may designate another person to pick up their order on their behalf, as per the carrier's standard procedures. In which case, it will be considered that the original recipient has taken delivery. Our intention is that your order is received in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, you may either take delivery or refuse the shipment. In the case that some items are missing or damaged, you are required to contact us in writing, via email, with a detailed description of the issue. Failure to do so within 24 hours of delivery will result in the items considered having been accepted as is. Click here for our contact information.

Non Deliverable Shipments
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery information is accurate and that the recipient is available to take delivery of the shipment. Triboutique may not be responsible for shipments that are not delivered for the following reasons: incorrect or incomplete address provided on the order confirmation, parcel refused, failure to pick up shipment within carrier's time limit, recipient not available at the address provided etc. In the case that such shipments are returned to the sender, they may incur additional handling and shipping fees.

Open your Parcel
We suggest to peel off the tape rather than using sharp objects to open parcels. Triboutique.ca may not be responsible for damage to parcel contents once it has been delivered.
