The material on the bottom half of the leg is  different than I'm used it.  It is kind of "sticky", so I assume that must help keep the shorts in place. I haven't had issue with my other Zoot shorts inching up, so I don't know that I'll really care for this different material. I haven't worn them yet, so I can't really say.
However, excellent service from Triboutique, as usual!

I cycle in them, I run in them...ok, that's all I use them for.  But they are great.  This was pair 5 million (ok, perhaps that's an exaggeration) and I keep buying them to get me through the crazy adventures I keep signing up for.  I really appreciate the older versions of these shorts as I like the waist-band and pocket placement.
