This bag can accomodate all the gear I need. The mesh pockets enable you to find your gear without unzipping every pocket. External mesh pocket can accomodate a regular helmet but not an aero helmet. I prefer to put my wetsuit in the exterior mesh pocket and my helmet in the bag. I especially like the fact that the straps are perfect for my height (5'7") which is not the case with the bigger bags.
