I have a larger sized head. The googles are a little small for me. I switched the nose piece out to the largest one. They still keep the water out but do fog up a bit. Overall I would say they are a good goggle for recreational use. I am looking at purchasing a new pair though.

Not happy with these. Too narrow at nose, even with changeable nose piece. Used many speedo goggles before with no problem.
