I’m not a ‘serious’ swimmer just a lake swimmer - but these make swimming way more fun and less tiring! All my group are getting them now!

I really enjoy these hand paddles.  They are comfortable to use and durable.  They provide great resistance for me to build and tone muscle. You may find cheaper ones but I am happy with my purchase and glad I spent the extra few bucks.
They arrived very quickly and  in great shape.  I would definitely recommend these.

these probably work better than the gloves style paddles made of neoprene. The chlorine wrecked it after one yr of use
