All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued prior to shipping any items back to Triboutique.
All RA requests must be received at our email address within 30 calendar days of delivery. Click

The customer must ship the items they wish to return to address provided with the RA via a traceable method, at their own cost, within 10 business days of the RA being issued. For the customer’s protection, we recommend that the returned shipment be insured. Triboutique is not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.
Wetsuits may not be worn in water and must have all tags and original packaging in order to be returned.
Wetsuits, Trainers, Wheels, Repair Stands and all items purchased at a price of $200 or more before taxes are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If the original order was shipped free of charge, Triboutique shall deduct actual shipping charges before a credit is processed.
Once the returned merchandise is received, Triboutique will promptly replace any defective merchandise, exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available, or issue a store credit in the value of the returned items, minus shipping charges.
Note: this return policy does not apply to clearance and final sale items. Final Sale & Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
